- Be responsible for the performance and stability of a variety of cloud and distributed broadcast environments at client sites.
- Automate software and system deployments.
- Work closely with software developers, project managers, and other technical teams to support and evolve broadcast services.
- Monitor and resolve problematic situations occurring on systems.
- Leverage best practices and artificial intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and accelerate task automation.
- Provide a high level of support to our clients' technical teams.
- Ensure infrastructure monitoring and updates.
- Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation.
💡 Your Qualifications 💡
- Experienced with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat) and open-source environments.
- Experienced with Cloud IT environments (AWS, Azure, Docker).
- Experienced with infrastructure automation, Ansible or equivalent.
- Programming knowledge is a plus (Python, Bash, Ruby).
- Familiar with monitoring concepts (Grafana, Prometheus).
- Familiar with virtualization platforms (KVM, VMWare).
- Skilled in networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Multicast, etc.).
- Informed about the technical aspects of audio and video transmission.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish is an asset).
