As a Marketplace Engineer, you'll be at the core of this iteration cycle, with opportunities to travel onsite for co-innovation with our customers in Europe and North America. You'll then collaborate with our internal teams to transform these innovations into valuable solutions available in our Marketplace.

🚀 Your Missions: Co-Innovation and Impact 🚀
- Co-innovate with Customers: Translate customer needs into practical use cases and deliver fully integrated solutions.
- Rapid Prototyping: Build proof-of-concept integrations using Embedded Apps, Authenticated Links, public APIs, webhooks, iPaaS tools, and AI Agents.
- Partner Enablement: Moderate workshops with customers and ISVs, mentor our partner's developer teams, and collaborate with our product teams to enhance our API extension points based on feedback.
- Developer Evangelism: Create plug-and-play integration templates, sample connectors, and code snippets for our ecosystem. Publish how-to articles, participate in webinars, and speak at community events to showcase best practices.
- Innovation Scouting: Partner with strategic allies to test emerging technologies, such as agentic AI capabilities: autonomous LLM agents that plan, decide, and act through LumApps/Beekeeper APIs; retrieval-augmented copilots that surface knowledge on demand.
- Field Feedback Loop: Travel (up to ~1 week/quarter) to customers or events to co-innovate and ship solutions rapidly.
💡 Your Skills: Driving Innovation 💡
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical role (engineering, presales, technical solutions, etc.).
- Proven experience working with technical partners or ISVs.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Get-it-done Mindset: Bias for action, ability to self-prioritize without waiting for PM/UX direction.
- Full-stack Fluency: Proficiency in at least one backend technology (Java, Python, Node, or Ruby) and experience with or eagerness to learn frontend technologies like TypeScript and React. Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs and OAuth flows.
- Ability to travel up to ~1 week/quarter to customers, partners, or events.
