The Opportunity :

Allphins is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer. You will work closely with our CTO and take the lead on the backend development (mostly Python) and support our existing developer on the frontend to built and scale new features.

This is a great position to work on challenging projects, make an impact and grow with the company. Over time, it is expected that you will manage a team of software engineers, own a significant chunk of our architecture, design and build systems at scale, and shape our product decisions.

You Will :

As a Software Engineer Full Stack / Back end you will:

Work across the stack to deliver new features from start-to-finish
Improve performance and overcome scalability and computation limits
Implement compelling, usable UIs
Own meaningful parts of our service, have an impact, grow with the company

You Are :

You’re a master Python programer
You have at least 2 years of Software Development experience in one or more other languages within a tech company working in an agile environment
You value code simplicity, performance and details
You are familiar with data structures and algorithms, and optimization
You have a master from a engineering school
You are able to communicate clearly in English and French
