Your Mission 🚀

• Develop and maintain high-performance microservices and APIs for Ledger's products.
• Contribute to scalable solutions, proactively addressing technical challenges.
• Ensure software quality through testing, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines for secure deployment workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborating across teams.
• Drive innovation, contributing to a shared knowledge base and technical outreach.
• Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

What We're Looking For 🔍

• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Advanced Scala proficiency; expert-level proficiency in a second backend language (e.g., Rust, Java, Python, PHP) a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with QA, product management, and stakeholders.
• Led development of complex, high-performance interactive browser applications.
• Experience with web architecture patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, P2P).
• Ability to apply software engineering best practices.
• Experience in the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Significant experience with web protocols (HTTP, JSON-RPC, GraphQL, SOAP, gRPC).
• Strong comprehension of database fundamentals (relational and NoSQL).
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, with fluency in English essential.
• Experience in production support of a client-facing application.
