What do we want to achieve together? 💪
- Front End Development Leadership: Spearhead front end development efforts, driving the creation of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our platform.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, back end engineers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Technological Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging front end technologies and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate to enhance the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our platform.
- Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and compatibility of front end code across various browsers and devices.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our coding standards and development processes.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and solicit feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
What do you need to be successful in this role? 🛠️
- 5+ years of Front End Development Experience: Proven expertise in building applications using Flutter framework and Dart language, alongside proficiency in modern front end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in Flutter, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Strong command of core web technologies and standards, with the ability to implement complex user interfaces and interactive features.
- Version Control Systems: Experience working with Git or other version control systems to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and implement innovative solutions.
- Adaptability and Team Collaboration: Flexible approach to development methodologies and project requirements, with a strong commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field: Preferred but not required, equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in one or more additional languages such as French, Spanish. Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
