The Tech Team is composed of approximately 10 people and structured around 3 main areas: Back-End, Front-End, and SRE-DevOps. We have people from 2 to 20 years of experience, bringing quite a lot of richness to our daily job!
We are now growing and looking forward to creating a SecOps team as well as a focus on Data Engineering.

Ownership is one of our core values and we work with a fairly horizontal approach when it comes to management. As of today, there is one Lead Tech, and we are currently structuring our hierarchical lines while looking into project-based teams.
