π About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior CRM Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This is a full-stack role where you will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data infrastructure. You will work with a variety of technologies and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and drives business insights.
π― What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data pipelines for our CRM system.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain data models that support reporting, analytics, and CRM functionalities.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all CRM data systems.
- Implement and manage data warehousing solutions.
- Contribute to the architectural decisions and technology choices for our data platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and CRM.
π What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on CRM data.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java.
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) and their data structures.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
