Fluid Topics is looking for a SRE! 🛠️

Fluid Topics, used globally with millions of daily requests, seeks a skilled SRE to optimize availability and performance.

The Team

Provides infrastructure for Fluid Topics production and developers.
Manages processing power from bare metal servers to Kubernetes clusters.
Ensures quality of deliverables through "as code" management with tests, merge requests, and CI/CD.

Your Role

Automates tasks to ensure "Run" tasks don't exceed 50% of the team's working time.
Designs and operates high-availability systems.
Conducts frequent "chaos engineering" tests for system robustness and recovery procedures.
Collaborates closely with development teams to deliver value quickly.
Creates an "Ops" feedback loop on software and refines best practices.
Shares knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in SRE or OPS position.
Dev(Sec)Ops culture.
Master's in Engineering (computing major).
Strong Linux systems administration skills.
Knowledge of IP networks (VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers, HTTP/TCP).
Programming experience (Go, Python, Java, C(++)).
Familiarity with development workflows (git, branches).
Experience with containers, especially Docker.
Passion for testing and security.
Eagerness to document and explain.
Good English level (international context).
