Your Role as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

As a Senior SRE, you'll be at the forefront of creatively solving problems and striking a balance between speed, reliability, pragmatism, and excellence. Your focus will be on crafting innovative solutions to business and engineering challenges, rather than being tied to specific technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in problem analysis.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to offer pragmatic solutions to real-world problems and ensure their end-to-end execution.
• Create, design, develop, and operate the shared infrastructure platform to support Swile's growth, new products, and international development.
• Continuously improve the developer experience by treating the platform as a product, simplifying processes, reducing time to market, and automating tasks that enhance software engineers' productivity.
• Train, coach, and support software engineers to make teams autonomous in DevOps and SRE practices, embodying our "you build it, you run it" philosophy at scale.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and cost control.
• Gain a deep understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and architectures, exercising sound judgment in their potential applications at Swile.
• Provide positive, constructive, and qualitative feedback during code reviews. Mentor and promote tech growth within the team.
