What do we want to achieve together? 💪

• Front End Development Leadership: Spearhead front-end development efforts, driving the creation of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our platform. 📱

• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product managers, to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience. 🤝

• Technological Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and best practices, advocating for their adoption where appropriate to enhance the performance, scalability, and maintainability of our platform. 💡

• Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing methodologies to ensure the reliability, accessibility, and compatibility of front-end code across various browsers and devices. 🔍

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the evolution of our coding standards and development processes. 🛠️

• Effective Communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and solicit feedback throughout the development lifecycle. 🗣️

What do you need to be successful in this role? 🏆

• 5+ years of Front End Development Experience: Proven expertise in building applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language, alongside proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. 💻

• Proficiency in Flutter, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Strong command of core web technologies and standards, with the ability to implement complex user interfaces and interactive features. 🌐

• Version Control Systems: Experience working with Git or other version control systems to manage code repositories and collaborate with team members. 💾

• Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and implement innovative solutions. 💡

• Adaptability and Team Collaboration: Flexible approach to development methodologies and project requirements, with a strong commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing. 🤝

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field: Preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered. 🎓

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in one or more additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus. 🌍
