Capsule Corp Labs (sister entity of Ternoa) is looking for a fully remote, full-time Lead Developer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Contributing to our technical roadmap through architecture meetings and design documents with our CTO
- Leading and mentoring your dev team to help them stay focused, engaged, and productive while challenging them to further develop their skills
- Performing tests to make regressions impossible
- Reviewing PRs in a continuous improvement logical
- Collaborating with other teams, like Product Management and Design to solve problems at a large scale and increase efficiencies
- Contributing to our recruitment efforts as our team continues to grow

Your Background
- You have 5 years of experience using JS frameworks (React js, next js, node js, or others)
- You have experience managing and leading a team of developers or have a strong willingness to do so
- You have some personal or professional experience with blockchain
- You’re comfortable communicating with clients and explaining complex topics to a non-technical audience
- You’re fluent in English; our preference is for a bilingual French-English speaker
- Experience working with startups is a plus
- You can work with at least 4 hours of overlap with Central European Time business hours
