BCEF IT, the IT department of Banque Commerciale en France, operates in an Agile mode, working closely with the Business. Our teams are dedicated to developing functional, innovative, and secure solutions to meet the needs and expectations of clients and employees, aligning with industry standards (Data, AI, DevOps, Cloud, Responsible Digital, Cybersecurity…).
While historically based in the Paris region, we are expanding with a new Campus in Nantes (7 boulevard de Berlin - 44000 Nantes) to strengthen our expertise in development and specialized IT roles.
Easily accessible, just 10 minutes from the train station, this campus offers a pleasant and stimulating work environment. You'll work in a Hybrid Flex Office and remote model, utilizing digital collaborative tools (Teams, Klaxoon…) and collaborating closely with our Paris campus.

🚀 Missions, Team, and Work Environment: What to Expect? 🚀
You will join a squad of approximately 7 colleagues located in Nantes and Montreuil. The team includes Product Owners, IT Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers. You will actively participate in team life with a continuous improvement approach, benefiting from the dynamics of the Agile methodology, which also facilitates your integration. You will be involved in all team rituals.
Your Main Missions:
- Conceive and develop new platform features.
- Participate in the improvement and modernization of existing assets: real-time and deferred collection, acquisition, digitization, indexing, and biometric control.
- Ensure a high level of delivery quality within RUN and BUILD frameworks, adhering to best development and unit testing practices.
- Guarantee the curative, evolutionary, and preventive maintenance of applications.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders: Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, Architects, Tech Leads, Data Scientists, and other Developers.
- Contribute to reducing technical obsolescence.
- Be proactive in technical design choices, in conjunction with Architects and Tech Leads.
- Participate in IT project scoping for the platform, in close collaboration with Architects and other experts (Security, Data Management).

Your Profile:
- You hold a higher education degree with a specialization in IT, at BAC +5 level.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in Java development (excluding apprenticeships or internships).
- You master the following languages and technologies: Java (17, 21), Spring, Springboot, SpringData, Spring Batch.
- You have frontend development experience: JavaScript, doT.js, Node.js, Bootstrap.
- You have good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
- You have good knowledge of DDD and Hexagonal Architecture.
- You are familiar with DevOps and CI/CD tools: Git/GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- You are familiar with cybersecurity best practices and application performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud environments is a plus.
- You are recognized for your communication and collaboration skills.
- You can adapt to new environments, possess analytical skills, and are results-oriented.
