Responsibilities:
- Implement architectural changes, adhering to clean code principles and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Front-end team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our applications.
- Develop robust and scalable back-end functionalities using Symfony 6 and PHP 8.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Back-end Developer, with a solid foundation in Symfony and PHP.
- Profound understanding of architectural principles, clean code practices, and coding standards best practices.
- Proficiency in Symfony 6 and PHP 8, capable of building efficient and reliable back-end solutions.
- Knowledge of open API standards and experience with PHP unit testing are highly valued.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Our Tech Stack:
Front-end: Angular and some parts of React; transitioning to Cypress for testing.
Back-end: Legacy - Symfony 3 and PHP 7; New - Symfony 6 and PHP 8 with PHP unit testing.
DevOps/Infrastructure: Legacy - GitHub and Jenkins; New - GitLab, Google Cloud (GCP), Terraform, and Cloudflare.
