Experience and qualifications needed:

We are looking for an additional team member to join us, with ideally:

5-7 years of relevant experience (approximately, not exact numbers: portfolio, competency and motivation being as important to us as years of experience),
experience building software in python,
comfortable working as a full stack developer (we place less emphasis on front end for this role),
experience with Django would be a plus,
experience with cloud infrastructure would be a plus.

display a passion for solving technical puzzles/challenges (very important to us!) and
be able to get up to speed and start taking ownership and responsibility for parts of our tech stack quickly.

We're looking for someone who can take initiative and is passionate about helping us improve our product, as well as the way we deliver it. The challenges we tackle on behalf of our clients, or within our tech stack, are rooted in real-world pain points. We iterate fast, with a focus on delivery, rather than theory, research or perfectionism.

You will work on:

You will contribute meaningfully to our product roadmap from the beginning, working closely with a great team of people, making an impact both towards your colleagues and towards our medical clients. To this end you will be working directly with the CTO and the head of product, on tasks such as:

Developing, testing and delivering integrations with medical software,
Building and testing new features within our data pipeline,
Solving troubleshooting tickets,
Designing solutions to internal automation needs and processing efficiency.

L'équipeWho we are: Masterdoc is a healthcare SaaS startup dedicated to optimizing medical practices and freeing up the time of doctors and healthcare staff so that they can focus on treating patients. We do this by ingesting as much data as we can from their existing softwares, and transforming it into insights and actionable tasks for their teams. As you would expect, this journey into the medical world involves technical challenges aplenty! Administrative work is one of the biggest issues facing healthcare infrastructures. And our product is in fact already freeing up valuable hours otherwise spent on reporting and data entry - hours that the clinical staff can now reallocate to improving patient experience and outcomes. Our aim today is to automate as many repetitive and time-consuming tasks for our clients, while automating our own processes for scalability.
