Job Description
Are you passionate about Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK, Redis, MongoDB, SaltStack, Ansible, and S3? Do you care about customer experience and want to join a team of bold and skilled coworkers?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience
- Base salary depends on experience. Junior and Senior positions available
Location: Paris, with option for full remote
Full-time position
Your Main Missions
- Help and guide customers on technical and functional challenges
- Dive into various OpenSource stacks
- Participate in R&D projects at different stages (requirements, technological barriers, product evolution, prototype testing)
- Prove new and disruptive solutions
About You
- Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about following, improving, creating, and documenting high-quality technical material
- Driven to amaze customers, partners, coworkers, and other teams with exceptional communication
- Ability to provide clear and informed feedback on technical issues and customer experience
Required Hard Skills
- In-depth Linux system administration (4+ years experience)
- Management of large/high availability distributed environments
- Skilled in Shell, Python, or similar
- Full English proficiency (written and spoken)
Additional Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of one or more of these technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Redis, MongoDB, SaltStack, Ansible, S3
- Ability to work in a distributed and diverse team
- Understanding of the full value of a service platform, matching customer needs, software design options, and hardware requirements/configuration
- Prior knowledge of networking, NAS/SAN technologies, service load-balancing, web services, SMB a plus
