We’re a team of eight dudes among us already two dudettes and looking for many more to join the adventure :)
On the tech side we are currently 3 devs, Seiji that take care of the Android app, the infrastructure and a big part of the Backend. Arthur that is our Frontend master. And myself, Maxime, I take care of the iOS app, some Frontend we have, as well as any internal tools we need (bots, automation etc.), and a small part of the Backend.

Weekly Ops review where we set the company objectives, KPIs and more. Then each tech products is managed on his own with Agile/Kanban.
