The while company is very technical. Nearly all members have a technical background. We split "ownership" of subjects between different founders and complement expertise.
The company has always worked on very advanced subjects for which solutions are usually not known or available on the internet. They require going in depth in the code or in understanding specific standards related to video for instance.
Management
We are result/deliveries oriented. Basically we care about deliveries and quality of the work.
While the developer will be able to refer to other team members, the more the developer will become autonomous the better.
We use scrum and agile development methodologies.
