These departments are divided in smaller sub-departments to make sure we focus on the right product/DevOps stages and products within GitLab.
Our Engineering teams dogfood GitLab for collaboration and are built full remote and asynchronous. This means that our engineers and leadership work when they feel most productive.
Management
We are a team of 600+ contributors. Each department is led by a VP, which reports into the CTO.
