The primary objective of this role is to define Agile standards, train teams on these standards, and support change over time, ensuring that Agile working methods are correctly adopted and applied.
🎯 Your mission
Scope and responsibilities
• Define and formalize Agile and Scrum standards for client development.
• Train teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, roles, and best practices.
• Provide support to teams during the change phase and ensure standards are applied consistently.
• Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Provide support for Agile ceremonies when necessary (sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, retrospectives), even if these ceremonies are primarily facilitated by the relevant roles within the team.
• Provide guidance and support on scaled Agile practices and cross-team alignment.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, delivery leads, and IT management.
Profile and general skills
• Solid experience as an Agile Coach or senior Scrum Master.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in complex, multi-team environments.
• Highly autonomous and proactive, capable of managing topics independently.
• Professional, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience in digital, e-commerce, or omnichannel fields is a major asset.
Logistics and availability
• The consultant must be able to travel occasionally to New York for in-person training sessions or to support/facilitate Agile at Scale ceremonies.
• From a workload perspective, a part-time organization aligned with US working hours (morning) and French working hours (afternoon) would be ideal for us.
