About the Job
- The Systems Support team is part of the Hardware organization and is responsible for the company's hardware activities, from qualification to prototype and rack-level design, tool development, and hardware support.
- The team supports all hardware server assets in production during their life cycle, interacting with internal teams (not customer-facing).
- The installed base consists of tens of thousands of servers and is rapidly growing; the team aims to grow accordingly.
Your Mission
- Support and maintain production and internal infrastructure servers from a hardware perspective.
- Ensure a high level of availability and quality for servers in production by implementing required actions and engaging with internal teams and hardware vendors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, investigate, and fix problems on the hardware servers installed base.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Engage vendors or manufacturers as required, according to contracts and support/SLA agreements, and follow up until the problem is resolved.
- Liaise with manufacturers regarding bug fixes, enhancement requests, etc.
- Qualify, test, validate, and maintain firmware stack updates.
- Participate in the server qualification process based on day-to-day experience.
- Collaborate with product, customer support, infrastructure, network, sales, and other internal teams to drive problem resolution.
- Document technical information, procedures, and action plans.
- Stay up-to-date with technology through tech watch.

Minimum Qualifications
- Passion for cloud computing, hosting, hardware, or data centers
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware
- Strong understanding of server administration (firmware, UEFI, BMC, PXE, IPMI, etc.)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Service/Support technical background in a production environment
- Ability to share and document information and experience
- Team player, curious, self-motivated
- Excellent command of English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating large-scale, distributed, business-critical systems
- Datacenter environment knowledge (power & cooling)
- Cloud and/or cloud infrastructure knowledge (not mandatory, but a plus)
