Numberly is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, operate, and enhance the reliability of our infrastructure, ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
SRE Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate highly available, robust, and scalable system architectures.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of production services.
- Leverage existing tools (open source or internal) and develop new solutions as needed.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to proactively anticipate and resolve scaling challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices, including automation, monitoring, observability, and incident management.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant university program or engineering school.
- Experience in operating production systems.
- Proficiency in problem diagnosis and resolution.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, advocate for ideas, and actively listen.
- A drive for continuous learning and a willingness to help others grow, both technically (through meetups, internal training) and interpersonally.
- Deep understanding of Linux internals.
