Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in our commercial development strategy by identifying and qualifying opportunities with large industrial companies:

  • Identify and prospect strategic accounts (via established lists or proactive research).
  • Qualify prospect needs through in-depth conversations, identifying value we can bring them.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and pass on qualified leads (5 per week).
  • Maintain and enrich our CRM with accurate and up-to-date prospect information.
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of our prospecting and qualification processes.

  • Prospecting position:
  • You understand the difference between enterprise account and SMBs.
  • Total addressable market is limited, 1 account means multi-people approach: you are able to develop a strategy to build account knowledge and reach for the right person in complex organizations.
  • You are able to position yourself as someone bringing value to the table.
  • Organization and rigor: Managing multiple strategic accounts at once is not a challenge for you.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You’re autonomous, proactive, and unafraid to step out of your comfort zone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You excel at listening, convincing, and establishing trust.
