We are seeking a talented IT Engineer to take a central role in shaping the reliability, performance and evolution of our technology ecosystem. In this position, you will combine hands-on support expertise with a strategic engineering mindset, ensuring that every user enjoys a seamless and secure digital experience while the overall IT environment continues to scale and improve.
You will handle complex troubleshooting challenges, manage and optimize our internal systems, and drive impactful projects that enhance productivity across the organization. Your work will span daily operational excellence, pro-active maintenance, deployment of new solutions and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also support business teams as a technical consultant, helping design and deliver solutions that align with operational needs and long-term goals.

🛠️ What you will do 🛠️
User Support and Technical Assistance
You will provide high-quality technical support to users through email, messaging services and in-person interactions.
You will identify, analyze and resolve hardware and software issues across operating systems, applications and devices.
You will register, track and follow up on incident tickets while maintaining clear communication with users throughout the resolution process.
You will also train and guide users on applications, hardware and best practices to ensure they can work efficiently.
Systems Management and Equipment Operations
You will install, configure and update computers as well as IT and videoconferencing equipment.
You will manage shipments and returns of devices both locally and internationally while keeping accurate stock and inventory records.
You will oversee application licenses and user accounts and enforce workstation security policies to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
IT Infrastructure and Continuous Improvement
You will take ownership of proactive and reactive maintenance, updates, upgrades and break/fixes of internal IT systems.
You will identify opportunities to enhance IT services, lead projects and deploy solutions in collaboration with the IT Manager.
Business Projects and Technical Consulting
You will contribute to business initiatives as a technical consultant, planning and implementing solutions to meet organizational needs.
You may act as a project manager for specific IT projects, coordinating resources and ensuring successful delivery.
🎓 Required Qualifications 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related IT field
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and LDAP
- Expertise in client platform management including Kandji, JAMF, Intunes or Ivanti Go
- Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows and GNU/Linux environments
- Solid understanding of networking including Ethernet and WiFi protocols, TCP/IP and corporate infrastructure basics
- Familiarity with videoconferencing equipment and associated services
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or n8n
- Ability to lift and handle standard IT equipment including monitors and network devices
- Proven experience in a similar technical role within a fast-paced organization
Now, it would be ideal if you have:
- Proficiency in French or another European language
- Experience with Cisco network equipment
🌍 Location & Remote 🌍
The position is based in our Paris HQ offices and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer). In any case, employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their teams and be available during core working hours.
