Join us and be part of our Internal Operations team (10 people), playing a crucial role in helping Greenly scale by managing data flows, building low/no-code tools & products, and automating processes!
Your Role
Join the team in charge of reduction actions and climate strategy. Our mission is to help our clients leverage the data collected for the GHG assessment to build an actionable and efficient reduction trajectory. This includes:
- Building/improving parts of our client-facing product: the Greenly SaaS, built with a low-code Retool frontend.
- Ensuring scalability, time efficiency, ease, satisfaction, and quality of the other teams' operations, mainly through building automation and streamlining internal tooling.
- Providing technical support to other teams regarding tools, bugs, and spontaneous data requests (data exploration/manipulation, SQL queries).
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and a low-code/no-code platform (e.g., Retool).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.
