My missionAs an Engineering Manager at Filigran, I lead the XTM Hub team, ensuring alignment with the product vision while creating a smooth and efficient environment for delivery. Working closely with a talented Staff Engineer for technical oversight, I focus on fostering collaboration, inclusion, and a positive team atmosphere to ensure we achieve both individual and collective success.
Beyond leading the team, I actively work with other Filigran teams to align on goals, share knowledge, and ensure seamless communication. I also contribute to recruiting and onboarding efforts, ensuring diversity and alignment with our culture.

Our company has set itself the sole objective of providing cybersecurity and crisis management teams with the best possible open source software.
Founded in 2022 in Paris, France, our main goal is to contribute significantly to this fundamental ecosystem for the security and protection of organizations. To achieve it, we professionalize and industrialize the ecosystems around the open source pieces of software OpenCTI and OpenBAS. Also, we offer entreprise technical support, cloud hosting as well as ad-hoc development services.
