«MADO.XR» (From the japanese ‘Mado’ "the window" and eXtended Reality) is a french startup bringing together creatives and developers pioneers in new technologies in a common goal: blur the frontier between real and virtual.

Mado XR is supported in its development by Epic Games, Unity 3D, Nvidia, AWS and Escher Cloud.

After celebrating our company's 1st anniversary and many XR projects for high profile clients (Dassault, Peugeot, Balmain, Chopard, Universal, Live Nation…) MADO is evolving and building a groundbreaking software platform : Miruu.io currently in beta, with plans to release mid-2022.

Miruu.io is a virtual workspace opening portals to 3D metaverses via simple web link.

The platform allows creators to collaborate in real-time 3D with their clients and team, and create access portals to Metaverses as NFTs.

Our goal : bridging the gap between physical and virtual worlds

co-CTO (partner), Miruu.io

As co-CTO, you are part of the Management Team and a partner in the company, responsible for the technical vision of our amazing solutions and future platform & products !

In this role, you drive the technical vision and strategy for our product, identifying potential improvements through R&D and collaboration with other tech. companies and services in a thriving Metaverse rich environment.

The autonomy is huge and the opportunity to be impactful is massive !

Your missions will be:

• Drive the technical vision of MADO XR and it’s current and future services and products
• Define our technical strategy to ensure durable reliability and attractivity
• Work hand in hand with our CEO Louis on the technical strategy, anticipate and evaluate the structuring technical choices
• Develop, deploy and maintain new features with our development team
• Ensure code review and knowledge sharing across the team
• Recruit, retain and develop a world-class team of developers, dev. Ops and UI/UX experts
• Communicate and build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders and contribute to the global vision alongside our board of directors.
• Ensure timey, self-explanatory technical documentation for user support

• Be super agile as user discovery is at the center of all our projects and our ability to iterate will be our main advantage
• Ability to abstract complex things to simple solutions for end-users. We'll need to walk the fine line between the simplicity of use and the complexity of features

We are looking for an ambitious person with the following skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a CTO or tech. lead using Unreal Engine and C++ as your main tool

• A SaaS software experience is a Plus+

• Good web experience with our stack is a Plus+ (Front:React, Back: Node JS, Infra: AWS)

• Strong attention to details: code quality is important for you and you set a high bar

• Ownership mentality: you are a doer and have a bias for action, no task is below you

• Team player: you enjoy sharing and learning from each other Initiative and innovation: you don't hesitate to challenge and suggest new practices

• Experience working in agile product development environments

• Excellent English
