Responsibilities:
- Formulate abstract problems as efficiently solvable optimization problems.
- Solve large optimization problems using mixed integer programming, constraint programming, and metaheuristics.
- Propose novel solutions, balancing runtime and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Operations Research.
- MS with 2+ years of industry experience in solving large optimization problems or a relevant Ph.D.
- Knowledge of mixed integer programming, constraint optimization, or metaheuristics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Highly motivated to innovate and excel.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Cplex, Gurobi, Google's OR-Tools, or similar.
- Relevant publications in top-tier conferences.
