We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our 10+ member infrastructure team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in managing our global VoIP network, supporting enterprise customers in over 60 countries. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and maintaining our VoIP infrastructure for exceptional voice quality and availability. Your focus will be on scalability, redundancy, automation, and monitoring, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
Main Missions:
- Design and build a high-performance, automated voice network.
- Manage SIP interconnections with global operators.
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice reachability and quality.
- Develop tools for task automation and team interfaces.
Requirements:
- Expertise in VoIP and a passion for technology.
- Proficiency in VoIP protocols (SIP, (S)RTP, WebRTC).
- Skills in scripting (Shell, Python, Golang), automation (Ansible), and monitoring (netdata, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience with Open Source Software: Kamailio, Freeswitch, Oracle SBC, openSIPS, Asterisk.
- Fluent in English, strong interpersonal skills, data-driven.
