🚀 Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Project/Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in integrating our brands and retailers into our system and the retailer's platform. Your responsibilities include:

• Planning, managing, and implementing multiple customer integrations with our brands and retailers, including necessary customizations.
• Ensuring that our sales partners on various marketplaces and channels can efficiently sell their products to end consumers and maintain an optimal online presence.
• Acting as the expert for our software and top channels like Zalando, Otto, and AboutYou for our partners.
• Delving into technical topics after onboarding and customizing interfaces for our partners.
• Converting our partners' diverse data formats into our standard format.

🔍 What We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• A degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) tools like Boomi (ideal).
• Familiarity with JavaScript and SQL (a plus).
• A strong analytical approach, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving abilities.
• A process-oriented mindset and a service provider attitude both internally and externally.
• Professional and confident demeanor during customer meetings with renowned brands and retailers.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a desire to make a difference.
• Experience in creating business processes in the IT segment and successfully leading challenging projects.
• Basic understanding of backend systems and APIs like REST (ideal).
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
