We also develop large-scale government systems used by every citizen, where stability, scale, and reliability are critical. With a distributed team of professionals working in dedicated squads, we build products that redefine what’s possible—driven by strong ownership, collaboration, and a shared commitment to technical excellence.

🌟 In this role, you will 🌟

• Build and maintain large-scale government services, logistics planning platforms, and RAG chatbot solutions
• Design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions based on business requirements
• Provide support for high-availability, high-load systems operating at national scale
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads throughout the full System Development Life Cycle
• Continuously improve the architecture, performance, and reliability of our platforms

💡 What you will bring 💡

• Solid professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong proficiency in React.js
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Proficient understanding of Git and code versioning tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English languages, written and spoken

• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with shadcn/ui library
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

💰 Salary range: € 3500 - 6500 (gross / month)
