Under the responsibility of the Head of Product Payment, you will be responsible for the product strategy of a Squad within this business area. Your objective will be to deeply analyze user needs and define a roadmap aligned with Agicap's strategic goals.

This Squad specializes in bank payment processing, with the goal of enabling our clients to make international payments via specific protocols that you must master (EBICS, Swift, Editran, Banking API).

You will work closely with designers, software engineers, and operational teams to define and deliver the right product.
You will collaborate with all business stakeholders to align on common business objectives.

Being a Product Manager at Agicap involves building innovative technical solutions to meet needs in treasury, cash management, debt management, and SME/ETI financing.

⚡️ As a PM, your mission will be to:

Develop new products and features by analyzing data, conducting user interviews, studying the competition, and leveraging feedback from multidisciplinary teams to identify new opportunities.
Become an expert in bank payments.
Collaborate with Tech, Design, Sales, Support, and Data teams to continuously transform insights into opportunities, hypotheses, tests, and features that delight our over 8,000 international clients and directly contribute to Agicap's growth.
Establish quarterly business and product objectives for your squad (in alignment with the CEO, CPO, and CTO).
Develop your squad's product roadmap based on Agicap's strategic objectives.
Be responsible for the quality and deadlines of the features your squad delivers; we favor the MVP approach.
Create a close relationship with Tech and Design to produce innovative features within short timelines.
Continuously measure and track the impact of the features developed by your squad.

You have at least 5 years of experience as a PM.
You master bank payment protocols (EBICS, Swift, Editran, direct integration with banking APIs).
You have launched products that have delivered significant results for the company and real added value for users.
You possess strong analytical skills and approach subjects with curiosity and methodological rigor.
You have excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, convey a vision, and clearly explain user value and business impact.
You are accustomed to working directly with developers and designers.
You are comfortable listening and communicating with external stakeholders.
You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
You speak fluent French and English (proficiency in German or Italian is a plus).
