Software Engineer - Backend 💻

We are a team that designs, develops, maintains, and improves software for various ventures projects. You will be actively involved in designing scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities 🛠️

Develop backend services and operations, propose architectural decisions, participate in designs, design reviews, coding, code reviews, and implement products bridging Crypto.com to developers and end-users.
Develop retail trading products and expand them to new regions and countries.
Identify and solve complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure.
Provide reliable and reactive trading information streams to customers.
Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues.
Embrace innovation by staying open to new technologies and encouraging experimentation.
Collaborate with the DevOps and Infra team to improve the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.

Requirements 📚

Passionate about building first-class products to solve real-world problems.
Experienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner, and have a "get things done" mentality.
Humble, eager to improve, open to challenges and possibilities.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to juggle conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of financial domain knowledge / Blockchain technology (advantageous).
Proficient in Golang (other programming languages experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, Kafka (preferred).
Experience in handling scalability, security, and performance optimization.
