As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in major projects, applying your business acumen and analytical skills to help us achieve our high delivery standards.
🎯 HOW you will contribute to the company 🎯
You will join the Science & Analytics team (5+ people), which is part of the larger Data department (40+ people), focusing on Acquisition.
You will proactively use data to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
You will act as a key sparring partner for Sales & Operations leaders, informing their strategies by anticipating critical business questions and using your data and statistical expertise to provide answers.
You will guide decision-making within your business area through rigorous analysis, navigating ambiguity and collaborating across different domains as needed.
You will champion our self-service analytics approach by understanding the data needs of your colleagues and promoting a data-driven culture. The Science & Analytics team is also responsible for creating data models in our Data Warehouse using dbt.
You will contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap to ensure an optimal data platform experience for your colleagues.

👤 Who are we looking for? 👤
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Have prior experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in scale-up environments (5-6 years).
- Are proficient with SQL, DBT, and data visualization tools.
- Are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders outside the data team.
- Possess strong business acumen and are recognized as a trusted partner by your business stakeholders.
- Have excellent communication skills and can articulate your ideas clearly.
- Are fluent in English; French is a plus.
