Radar Signal Processing Engineer

Radar Signal Processing Engineer designs, verifies, and implements radar signal processing algorithms specialized for automotive and system applications. You will research and apply various signal processing techniques to enhance the detection and tracking performance of radar sensors and be responsible for real-time signal processing optimization and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and test detection and object tracking algorithms
• Perform system modeling and simulation for performance optimization
• Develop algorithms using signal processing techniques such as FFT, CFAR, MIMO, Beamforming, etc.
• Analyze radar signals and evaluate their characteristics
• Collaborate with system engineers and HW, SW teams for signal processing optimization and performance improvement
• Develop algorithms and prototype using MATLAB, Python, C, C++, etc.
• Apply MCU/DSP-based computational optimization and parallel processing techniques for real-time signal processing

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control, Computer, Physics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and algorithm development
• Experience in developing target detection and tracking algorithms
• Experience in data analysis and prototyping using MATLAB and C/C++/Python
• Experience in real-time signal processing optimization using FPGA, GPU, DSP
• Experience in hardware acceleration programming
• Experience in RF signal processing and performance analysis at the system level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive radar or defense component mass production
• Experience in MIMO and multi-sensor fusion algorithm development
• Understanding of Functional Safety and Automotive SPICE processes
• Experience in SoC-based radar signal processing processing
• English proficiency to participate in technical meetings

Interview Process:
