TEAM 👥
Enterprise AI is a platform that provides an end-to-end machine learning tooling experience to support and accelerate machine learning development, including autonomous driving and other related projects. Our platform serves customers as a standardized machine learning platform within Woven by Toyota as the larger Toyota Group companies.
The Enterprise AI Multi HybridCloud team enables cloud vendor-agnostic capabilities. As we scale out to more customers across different regions, the Multi HybridCloud team will build a scalable and cost-efficient multi-cloud infrastructure. You will allow model training and data distribution across multiple cloud providers, ensuring the best compute resources are used.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🔍
We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise AI Multi HybridCloud team. You should have a foundational understanding of software development, a keen interest in cloud technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Your role will involve collaborating with experienced engineers to build and maintain efficient solutions, contributing to our cloud infrastructure, and supporting machine learning operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES 🛠️
- Assist in the implementation of cloud-based solutions across various platforms and regions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and optimize machine learning infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the establishment of development standards.
- Support the implementation of CI/CD best practices for our services.
- Monitor system performance and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to planning and design discussions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 🎓
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Golang).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.
NICE TO HAVES ✨
- Experience with Golang development.
- Exposure to cloud development and multi-cloud environments.
- Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry or machine learning.
- Experience in environments emphasizing security and safety.
- Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese clients.
