The team
You will be joining a small, international team of 3 softwares developers with diverse backgrounds and experiences, building excellent products for people and for plants.

Within the larger “Tech & Ops” umbrella of Agricool (composed of Agronomy, Engineering, Operation and Software team) you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a unique technological solution at the crossing of hardware, software and living organisms.

Your role

As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will contribute to our portfolio of user-centered software products. your main mission will be to :

Leading the implementation, maintenance and testing strategy of the Agricool software stack
Lead the back and front-end development on the global scope of Agricool software
Design and build the features required to support upcoming use cases and growth of the farming infrastructure
Curate the evolutions of the technology stack and tools with the team

Preferred experience

Experience in developing, releasing, and maintaining complex web front-end and back-end services, at least 5 years of experience
A strong knowledge of at least one JavaScript front-end web framework
You have knowledge of Go and gRPC and microservice architectures
Passion about writing high-quality, maintainable and robust code
Doer DNA & Hacker spirit: you love technical challenges and to find creative ways to solve problems under short timeframes
Product Builder & Lover : UX has the same importance than maintaining a high quality code base
