Qualifications:
- 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 💼 One or more years of significant experience in technical support or IT administration.
- 🌐 Strong knowledge of system and network environments:
- Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Networks and security (VPN, routing, DMZ)
- 💻 Familiarity with programming languages and scripts (Python, PowerShell).
- 💾 Experience with virtualization tools, databases, and backup management.
- 💡 Prior experience or a solid understanding of the constraints of a regulated or specialized industry is an advantage.
