🎯 Tasks:

• Monthly Closing:

  • Manage monthly payroll closing for Belgium and Germany entities.
  • Analyze deviations and manage accruals.
  • Consolidate and monitor personnel costs and FTEs.
  • Review results with business partners.
  • Explain workforce evolution with business KPIs.

• Budget and Forecast:

  • Collaborate with operational departments and controllers to create workforce budgets and forecasts.
  • Explain workforce evolution.
  • Present budgets and forecasts for your specific area.

• Other Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to workforce planning.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure data quality and stay updated on perimeter changes.

👉 Must-Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance functions, preferably in controlling positions.
• Experience in an international, multi-site, or technology-driven environment.
• Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, HR, and business teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to build business cases.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask.
• Fluent in English and French.
