In this pivotal Tech Lead role, you'll seize a unique opportunity to directly enhance consumer safety and revolutionize our regulatory and claims processes through digital innovations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Solution architecture design
  • Build strategic products leveraging acceleration tactics (design thinking, agile, lean startup)
  • Lead developers' team to technical excellence
  • Ensure a strong tech-driven business relationship
  • Maintain several applications (full-stack)
  • Guarantee a high level of service delivery (ITIL), master software craftmanship practices and development standards
  • Manage resources on Azure and CI/CD pipeline
  • Elaborate and report regular global status on technical activities you will be responsible for, underlining the main alerts or attention points and synthesizing action plans undertaken
  • Supervise and ensure the right contribution of multiple teams

Technical skills:

  • Master and strong experience in application development: JS Framework (React, Node), Python, API, Containerization (AKS), Cloud technologies, AI/ML and Knowledge Graph
  • Expert on DevOps practices and Azure
  • Strong experience on functional/technical architecture design

Transversal skills:

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with both users and stakeholders
  • Problem solving, strong analytical skills
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Considering the multi-cultural environment: fluent in English

Attitude:

  • Take initiatives and have the sense of responsibilities
  • Openness to various needs & creation of consensus inside the frame
  • Agility to manage priorities and face possible urgent challenges
  • Demonstrates to be a strong team member with a collaborative mindset

Experience:

  • University degree with >6 years' experience in application development
