The role:
As the Team Lead of the Coin Integration Team at Ledger, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for the seamless integration of various blockchains into the Ledger ecosystem. This leadership position demands a robust blend of technical prowess, blockchain understanding, and team management skills.
Your mission:
- Lead the Coin Integration Team, driving the integration of various blockchain technologies into the Ledger ecosystem.
- Develop strategies for blockchain integration that align with organizational goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product management, software development, and quality assurance teams to deliver robust blockchain solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members through complex blockchain integration challenges.
- Oversee the team's delivery timelines, ensuring that integration projects are executed efficiently.
- Implement agile best practices tailored to the blockchain integration process.
- Conduct regular agile ceremonies to maximize team effectiveness and morale.
- Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for:
- Strong leadership experience with a passion for blockchain technology.
- Extensive coding experience and deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Proficiency in managing integration projects with various blockchain protocols and standards.
- Adept at leading agile project teams and well-versed in agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a capacity to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus points:
- Proven track record of successful blockchain or cryptocurrency-related projects.
- Experience with hardware wallet technology or similar security-focused applications.
- Deep understanding of multiple blockchain architectures.
