Your Role:
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join the Escalation team to investigate and solve critical and highly technical issues. We handle cases through collaboration and technical skills, maintain the platforms in operational conditions and are a key touchpoint for engineering and support teams.
- Assist customers and support to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Support day to day operations (platform deployment, network configuration, etc.)
- Act as a technical point and lead cooperation with other teams to solve issues
- Study production data and configuration to identify and narrow down root cause
- Perform initial analysis to support engineering fixes and highlight issues and trends
What you'll need:
- Troubleshooting experience in both cloud and on-premise environments - both Linux and Windows
- Highly developed, process-oriented skills for troubleshooting, problem solving, and problem resolution;
- Ability to build collaborative relationship with other internal teams;
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Commands and scripts experience (PowerShell, Cli, SQL)
- Must be able to work in a complex technical environment with continuous deployments;
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
