🎯 What you’ll do:

• Senior Product Marketing Manager role at Doctolib Siilo.
• Drive product success and usage across Europe through powerful marketing and strategic initiatives.
• Report to Head of Product Marketing & Knowledge.
• Collaborate with various teams: Product Management, LGTM, Product Knowledge & Training, Marketing, Design, UX Writing, Field Teams, Customer Engagement, and other PMM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product satisfaction through usage boost on existing key features and launch of new ones.
• Lead and handle PMO on key projects related to product marketing.
• Understand users, develop customer insights, and maximize usage and satisfaction.

Key topics:

• Product & Features Storytelling & Positioning: Product positioning, messaging, final word on names, taglines, value propositions, storytelling, and marketing content.
• New Features Releases: Ensure perfect rollout and messaging for new features, contribute to next Cycle Releases, and collaborate with Feature Teams and PMs.
• Product Usage Engagement: Increase feature adoption and usage to boost overall product perceived value.
• Product Feedbacks: Gather customer feedback and feature requests to drive product management towards a better product market fit.
• Product Onboarding: Ensure top-notch onboarding processes and campaigns.
• PMO on strategic projects: Lead projects with multiple stakeholders from various teams.
• Sales Enablement & Competition watch: Provide top-notch content to support sales, adapt product presentation, and roadmap prioritization based on competition insights.

👤 Who you are:

• Around 7 years of experience.
• Previous experiences in PMO with multiple stakeholders, bringing together functions in a fast-moving environment.
• Ideally experienced in new product launch, product marketing management, or go-to-market strategy.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Passionate about products and users.
• Fluent in English. Dutch, German, Italian, or French are a plus.

📝 The interview process:

• 30-minute interview with the Talent Partner.
• 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager.
• 1-hour case study with 2 Team Managers.
• Final interview with the Senior Director of Product Operations.

📅 Job details:

• Initial term of 12 months.
• Full-time position.
• Workplace: Amsterdam.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Remuneration: Fix + bonus on objectives (according to profile).
