🚀 Our journey 🚀

Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

💡 Our beliefs 💡

We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, and 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity is simply part of who we are.
We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because we believe the best teams are built on merit.

🤖 AI at Qonto 🤖

We see AI as a catalyst for our success.

We always choose thinking over routine. That's why AI is already deeply embedded in how we work - not as a trend, but as a way to raise the bar for the entrepreneurs who count on us. That is why we grant our Qontoers unlimited access to the best AI tools on the market - Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Dust, and Notion AI.

We want people who experiment without waiting for permission. Who push AI beyond the obvious. Who know when to trust it and, more importantly, when to question it.

Already pushing AI limits? You'll fit right in.

Join us as a Senior Product Analyst and help Qonto’s teams make data-informed decisions as we scale to serve one million SMEs by 2026. Depending on your profile and preferences, you will join our Product Analytics team, partnering with Product Managers and Product teams across our product portfolio.

You will work closely with an experienced manager, Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics, and report to Daniele, Head of Data. They will support you in delivering high-impact analytics work and growing your career within a large, structured team.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will:

  • Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers: You will go beyond execution to challenge metrics, influence product roadmaps, and shape our overall strategy.
  • Champion a product experimentation culture: Drive rigorous A/B testing frameworks from design to impact measurement, ensuring data-informed decisions are at the heart of our product development.
  • Decode complex user behavior: Master the analysis of user journeys and deep funnel dynamics to uncover hidden drop-off points and identify major opportunities for conversion and growth.
  • Own your product domain end-to-end: Take autonomous charge of identifying customer problems, setting up the right telemetry, and delivering actionable recommendations. Your goal is not just to build a dashboard, but to ensure adoption and drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Leverage a best-in-class data ecosystem: Seamlessly blend frontend tracking and backend events using our modern stack (Snowflake, Metabase, Amplitude, Cursor) to paint a complete, actionable picture of product performance.

🤔 What you can expect:

  • Product Analytics: You will support Product stakeholders (Product Managers, Designers, Heads of Product). The team is in a consolidation phase, spending 50-60% of time on BI work and moving toward more strategic analysis work (A/B testing, discovery, impact measurement). You will help product teams understand user behavior and validate product decisions.

  • How we work: We follow the Qonto Way methodology, which emphasizes one-piece flow, value analysis, and value engineering. You will work in close partnership with your stakeholders, attending team meetings and building trusted relationships. We value ownership: success means not just publishing a dashboard, but ensuring it drives business value.

  • Current focus: The team is working on improving data discoverability and self-service capabilities, consolidating dashboards to reduce sprawl, and building scalable analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact.

🤝 About your future manager:

  • Ida manages the Product Analytics team and brings deep expertise in building analytics capabilities in fast-growing tech companies. She is passionate about enabling product teams through data and focuses on helping her team members grow their impact and autonomy.
Ida reports to Daniele, VP of Data, who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams.

🏅 About You:

  • SQL proficiency: You are comfortable writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. You have worked with large datasets and can navigate modern data warehouses.
  • BI experience: You have built dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You understand data visualization best practices and can turn data into clear, actionable insights for business users.
  • Product analytics expertise: At least 2 years of experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) is a strong plus.
  • Stakeholder management: You have worked with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, managed competing priorities, and delivered work on time. You communicate proactively and know how to build trust through consistent delivery.
  • Ownership mindset: You don't settle for "dashboard published" or "analysis delivered". You follow up with stakeholders to ensure your work is adopted and drives decisions, and you iterate based on their feedback.
  • Project delivery and communication: You can break down projects into clear steps, manage your timelines, and communicate progress regularly. When you face blockers, you flag them early and propose solutions.
  • Business acumen: You understand the "why" behind product decisions and can connect data insights to business outcomes.
  • Language: You are fluent in English.

At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
