Product Owner - HR CRMS

✨ JOB DESCRIPTION ✨

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our HR&CRMS team. Your mission will be to manage and spread employee data lifecycle across multiple and heterogeneous systems.

🎯 TASKS 🎯

• Define the strategy and vision for the product from a business perspective.
• Translate the product vision into concrete services and tools, prioritizing them in collaboration with stakeholders based on business value.
• Work collaboratively and agilely within the product team and with business teams.
• Define the product roadmap and objectives aligned with company goals, and measure team performance and achievement.
• Write user stories, monitor task progress, and ensure the team has the necessary resources to meet product commitments on time, quality, and budget.

👉 MUST HAVE skills 👈

• BSc degree (ideally from Engineering or Business field).
• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager.
• Roadmap vision and planning.
• Experience managing the product backlog and prioritizing.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
• Ability to work across teams and locations.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Passion for technology, with a strong focus on building products and services that deliver measurable customer value.
• Understanding of technical requirements and user design principles.
• Understanding the correct level of testing.
• Fluent in English.

• Knowledge of JIRA tool.
• Knowledge of HR Domain.
• Knowledge of analytic tools / KPI monitoring.
• Experience integrating AI into processes and tools to unleash productivity.
