🌟 ENJEU & CONTEXT
ADEO+ is one of ADEO's entities whose objective is to become the leader in payment methods for the group in Europe, through the development of a dedicated platform.
Within Adeo's Finance division, the Adeo+ structure ensures the collection of payments in Europe (for BUs and Marketplaces) and the integration and monitoring of payment providers to facilitate the purchasing journey of customers.
🎯 YOUR MISSION
To support the growth of ADEO+, we are looking for a project manager whose main responsibilities will be to support the deployment of the centralized payment solution to European Business Units and manage the integration of existing or new payment solutions.
Deployment of the Adeo+ solution within the Business Units:
- Accompany business and digital project managers on financial, legal, and accounting aspects.
- Manage integration with different service providers (electronic payment systems, Amex, PayPal, etc.).
- Support BUs in implementing new operational processes induced by the solution (accounting and financial integration).
Integration of new payment methods into the Adeo+ solution:
- Define the solutions to be implemented based on business and IT needs.
- Support project managers on customer and commercial challenges, particularly on legal, financial, and accounting aspects.
- Ensure supplier monitoring.
Develop new projects related to customer payments:
- Participate in the creation and development of new projects aimed at optimizing the customer journey.
- Identify new opportunities or optimization areas related to business needs.
🥇 YOUR PROFILE
With a university or business school background and 5 years of experience, you want to support and lead ambitious projects to success.
Structured and organized, you are a true team player. You enjoy understanding and delving into subjects, including their operational and legal dimensions. You have significant initial professional experience.
A strong communicator, you will interact regularly with Adeo's various departments, Business Units, and external service providers. Known for your autonomy, resourcefulness, and curiosity, you also have a good level of English. If this sounds like you, this position is for you!
