Lead Full Stack JS Developer (French CDI)

Capsule Corp Labs (sister entity of Ternoa) is looking for a French-based, full-time Lead Full Stack JS Developer to join our growing team asap. You'll report directly to our CTO and will support client projects and a growing range of Dapps.

As a Lead Dev, you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing features with high-quality code, performing tests, and ensuring that everything meets requirements

• Contributing to our technical roadmap through architecture meetings and design documents with our CTO

• Leading and mentoring your dev team to help them stay focused, engaged, and productive while challenging them to further develop their skills

• Performing tests to make regressions impossible

• Reviewing PRs in a continuous improvement logical

• Collaborating with other teams, like Product Management and Design to solve problems at a large scale and increase efficiencies

You’re a good fit for this role if:

• You have 5 years of experience using JS frameworks (React js, next js, node js, or others)

• You have experience managing and leading a team of developers or have a strong willingness to do so

• You have professional experience with blockchain

• You’re comfortable communicating with clients and explaining complex topics to a non-technical audience

• You’re fluent in English; our preference is for a bilingual French-English speaker

• You're based in France and looking for a CDI contract

• Experience working with startups is a plus
