Structure, scale, and promote design across all digital interfaces (web, mobile, devices).

We are looking for a profile capable of combining:

As Head of Design Ops & UX/UI, you will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and performance of design across the entire e-commerce digital ecosystem.

Transform design into a lever for business performance, while industrializing practices.

Your Responsibilities

🧭 Management & Organization (Design Ops)

  • Lead the design planning and allocate resources
  • Structure and optimize workflows (Design Ops logic)
  • Anticipate recruitment and staffing needs
  • Organize delivery using tools like Jira

👉 You will ensure fluid, scalable, and predictable production.

UX/UI Vision & Global Consistency

  • Translate the brand platform across all digital journeys
  • Ensure UX consistency (journeys, usage logic, accessibility)
  • Lead the quality of interfaces on all devices
  • Supervise the production of "ready-to-dev" prototypes

🧩 Design System & Industrialization

  • Define, evolve, and disseminate the design system
  • Structure UX repositories (UX writing, emotional design, etc.)
  • Industrialize design production to gain efficiency
  • Ensure the consistency and scalability of components

📈 Product Performance & Innovation

  • Contribute directly to e-commerce performance (conversion, engagement, satisfaction)
  • Monitor and improve user experience (app ratings, comprehension, friction, etc.)
  • Drive innovative and quickly actionable concepts
  • Integrate emerging challenges: AI, legal design, dynamic content

  • Actively monitor:
    • E-commerce UX/UI
    • Mobile & new usages
    • Emerging technologies
  • Formalize standards, guidelines, and best practices

👤 Profile Sought

Experience

  • 8+ years in digital design (UX/UI, Product Design, etc.)
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment strongly recommended
  • Experience in team leadership and/or Design Ops
