As part of the Growth team, you'll play a crucial role in our customer loyalty and communication strategy. You'll use data analysis and your marketing expertise to create and improve initiatives that maximize repeat business.
Your responsibilities include:
😎 Profile
- Business or marketing school graduate with experience in developing CRM strategies and managing teams.
- Leadership and team-building skills are essential.
- Ability to address issues operationally when needed.
- Experience with campaign management tools, especially Emarsys (mail) & Batch (Push, INapp).
- Passion for digital and BtoC CRM issues.
- Understanding of website and app functionality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
📅 Duration
6-month fixed-term contract starting in September.
