🚀 Missions
As part of the Growth team, you'll play a crucial role in our customer loyalty and communication strategy. You'll use data analysis and your marketing expertise to create and improve initiatives that maximize repeat business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CRM marketing calendar:

    • Developing the overall strategy, including themes, promotional plans, targeting, and specific tests.
    • Overseeing operational plans for key events like Black Friday and Christmas.
    • Reviewing and challenging briefs, copy, creatives, and campaign flows.
    • Managing SMS campaigns, including targeting, copywriting, and analysis.
    • Participating in and preparing marketing calendar coordination meetings.
    • Coordinating projects with the Brand and Partnerships teams.
    • Providing operational support as needed, such as copywriting, campaign integration, and scheduling.
  • Managing the CRM PM and intern:

    • Setting bi-annual objectives, ensuring the team has the resources to achieve them, tracking progress, and conducting weekly check-ins.
  • Automation:

    • Continuing to build and deploy the new customer lifecycle vision and associated automation strategy.
    • Creating programs, targeting, promotions, and content in collaboration with the CRM PM, Brand team, and Data Analyst.
    • Measuring the impact of automation initiatives.
  • Analysis and reporting:

    • Segmentation project: developing, deploying, and utilizing a new customer segmentation strategy.
    • Daily and weekly monitoring of campaign performance using Looker.
    • Leading the weekly Growth team business meeting and providing actionable insights based on data.
    • Producing a monthly Growth report and overseeing the CRM team's monthly report on campaign performance.
    • Conducting ad hoc analyses as needed.

😎 Profile

  • Business or marketing school graduate with experience in developing CRM strategies and managing teams.
  • Leadership and team-building skills are essential.
  • Ability to address issues operationally when needed.
  • Experience with campaign management tools, especially Emarsys (mail) & Batch (Push, INapp).
  • Passion for digital and BtoC CRM issues.
  • Understanding of website and app functionality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

📅 Duration
6-month fixed-term contract starting in September.
