👤 About You 👤
We are looking for engineers who are passionate about developing autonomous driving systems and will create a better future for mobility with us. We develop and operate tools for software verification of autonomous driving on a daily basis. Solid experience in the latest software development and building simulation environments such as MIL/SIL/HIL is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Building simulation test environments (MILS/SILS/HILS)
- Building automated test platforms (CI/CD)
- Developing simulation models for sensors, vehicle dynamics, and traffic flow
- Implementing communication bridges between simulators and the ADAS stack
- Working 3 days a week in the office and communicating with your manager, in accordance with Woven work policies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of development, system design, or evaluation experience in automotive software or embedded industries
- Proficiency in C and C++ languages
- Excellent communication skills
- Japanese reading and writing ability
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with programming languages beyond C/C++: Python, MATLAB Simulink/Stateflow, OpenCV, JavaScript, etc.
- Familiarity with system architecture design and development processes
- Data mining and analysis skills
- High level of English proficiency
- Experience developing test pipelines on AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of simulator standards (OSI, OpenScenario, OpenDrive, etc.)
- Agile development experience
