Job Responsibilities:

Administration of Systems and Virtualization:
- Manage and enhance Linux systems (CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server environments.
- Administer virtualized infrastructures, including Proxmox, ESX, and Hyper-V.

Network Management and Security:
- Configure networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Implement security policies tailored to the infrastructure, with a focus on seamless integration of Linux and Windows systems.

Support and Incident Resolution:
- Handle technical incidents of level 2 and 3, primarily in Linux environments.
- Provide support for Windows Server and other network management technologies when necessary.

Deployment and Projects:
- Deploy new solutions and services.
- Collaborate with the team and external partners in infrastructure development projects.

Technological Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, particularly in virtualization, Linux and Windows systems management, and network security.
Qualifications:
- Education in Computer Science.
- Substantial experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in the following areas:
- Systems: Windows Server, Linux (CentOS, Debian), virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V).
- Networks: LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, multi-sites.
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Services: Messaging (Postfix, Zimbra), VoIP (Xivo, 3CX).
- Strong problem-solving and complex incident management skills.
- Technical English proficiency.
